Track your weight and fitness goals with Lose It!

Lose It! is a mobile application that helps you keep track of your calorie intake, daily exercise and weight goals. The app includes a number of helpful features: you can sync it with a FitBit device to keep track of your daily exercise, scan the barcodes of packaged food to automatically save its nutritional information and even take a photograph of a meal to identify its ingredients. Reminders let you know when weigh-ins, workouts, meals and other events are scheduled, while achievement badges track progress.

Mostly easy to use

Despite its wide range of features, Lose It! has a simple interface and is relatively easy to use. Setting up all the elements of an account can be a little time-consuming, but once you're underway things run smoothly. Some features aren't perfect: the photo identification is a clever idea, but most of the time it's easier just to type the meal into the app. Online features allow you to connect to other users, join groups in your area and motivate each other to stick to your goals.

Simple and accessible

Getting started with Lose It! is simple, and using the app is easy and enjoyable. Some features are a little ambitious, and notifications can be annoying if you have a lot of scheduled events, but these are small flaws in an otherwise robust and versatile weight loss and fitness app.
